TrainingZuid also offer Ballet Fitness in the old south of Amsterdam. In a Group of up to 12 people, get your training done under the guidance of our certified trainers. During ballet training, you combine bar and fitness exercises to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The effect of these ball exercises on your body is very positive because your range increases and your muscles become stronger. The range of motion in your joints is mainly determined by the softness of the muscle, hence it is wise to pay attention to this. Everybody can join Ballet Fitness, age is not an issue.

TrainingZuid offers Ballet Fitness in a beautiful gym at the Valerius Square for adults all year long, also during all vacations. This is why we work with subscriptions. Only on national days off the gym is closed. There are up to 12 adults in a Ballet Fitness Group, creating a team dynamic which supplies that bit of extra motivation for Ballet Fitness. When your agenda demands, the Ballet Fitness group is migratable to another Group. This can be easily managed through the TrainingZuid App.
